Samoa Housing Corporation (SHC) has been recognized and honoured with the prestigious Top Stewardship Award for Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Compliance in the State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) Category.
The award, presented by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Labour (MCIL) in collaboration with the National OSH Task Force, the International Labour Organisation (ILO), and the Samoa National Tripartite Forum underscores SHC’s unwavering commitment to fostering a culture of safety and health in the Workplace.
The award ceremony on May 2nd, 2024, coincided with World Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Day, themed “Ensuring safe and healthy work now in a changing climate.” SHC is proud to contribute to this global initiative and remains dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of safety and health in the workplace.
